「バカかっこいい！」がコンセプトの劇団「ショーＧＥＫＩ」が、2012年春、短期集中ワークショップを開催！
ショーGEKIのワークショップは、”個性重視の表現”と”演じることによるコミュニケーションの開発”を目的とした、楽しみながらおこなう短期集中ワークショップです。
今回のワークショップは、通常レッスンと、発表公演（於：ワーサルシアター）付き実践レッスンの２つの日程から選べます。
なお、ロックミュージカル出演者オーディションと、劇団員オーディションも同時開催。
現在役者として活動されてる方、これから役者を目指そうとしている方、また普段お芝居とは全く関係のない状況にいらっしゃる方、とにかく少しでもご興味のある方、メンバー一同心よりお待ちしています！

・殺陣の動きによるコミュニケーションレッスン。
・演技実技レッスン。
・エチュードから台本の実技レッスンまで行う予定。

・上記の他、ショーGEKIオリジナル作品の上演へ向けた実践稽古。実際の劇場でも稽古を行います。（詳細は別途案内）

業務内容：
•主な業務
o翻訳者からの翻訳原稿と翻訳チェッカーからのチェック済み原稿の品質確認
oオリジナル原稿を確認し、適切な翻訳者を選ぶ

•翻訳者及び翻訳チェッカーの管理
o翻訳者及び翻訳チェッカーにへの適切なフィードバック・評価
o翻訳者及び翻訳チェッカーからの質問に対する回答
o翻訳者及び翻訳チェッカーの採用選考
o必要に応じて翻訳ガイドライン、プロトコル、チェックリストなどの作成
•フィードバックの分析
oお客様のクレームを分析し、改善箇所を翻訳者および翻訳チェッカーに伝える

Our Requirements:

• Should have minimum 1 year experience in Academic Translation- Medicine

• Should be a native speaker of either Japanese or English with proven Japanese skills

• Should hold at least a bachelor’s degree in any field

• Certifications in translation and/or academic translation would be preferred

Description:

The JP-EN Translation Quality Associate will be involved in improving our translation quality. This makes the position challenging and is ideal for those who are interested in continual learning and self-development while playing their role.
We are looking for candidates who would enjoy working in a challenging environment, interact with professionals on an international level, have the enthusiasm and ambition to be a part of a quality conscious team that delivers high-quality translation assignments, and want to be part of an organization where technology is the core of everything we do.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Should have minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Academic Translation

• Should hold at least a bachelor’s degree in any field

• Should be native Japanese

• Expertise in academic subjects

• Certifications in translation and/or academic translation would be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations
1. Checking Translator quality post translation by evaluating translated files and correcting files if need be

2. Checking Translation Checker quality by evaluating translated files and correcting files if need be

3. Evaluating source text for optimum assignment management

• Translator/Translation Checker Quality Management
1. Improving T/TC quality by giving them guidance and feedback on assignments completed
2. Analyzing feedback provided to T/TCs
3. Troubleshooting and attending to T/TC questions or queries
4. Assisting in the recruitment process of T/TCs
5. Conducting quality checks for T/TC files and giving them feedback
6. Preparing guidelines, protocols, checklists, glossaries and such other documentation as per need

• Analyzing client feedback
1. Be a part of client complaint analysis by commenting on the translation output and contribution of T/TCs on the assignment
2. Checking client feedback for assignments completed and comments on translation output
